Andros is a very large island with many remote settlements. Some get supplies regularly, some don't . Get of food is about 30% about US City pricing..

You can get there by air, compact boat or ferry (see link). It's a 12 minute flight from Nassau or 1 hour flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.)
