I took my daughter on that voyage for her 18th birthday and she was skilled to tope on Coco Cay…at the period she was even proficient to draught onboard the ocean once we were 25 miles off the US coastline in intercontinental waters…BUT–that was less a decade ago, and RCCL has changed their rule since.
Prosperous back to your ridiculous, the Activity be contingent of Homeland Guarantee states that the authorized drinking age in the Bahamas is 18. It also states that underage drinking is very amateurishly enforced…FYI
Coco Cay is a superb snorkel/lido depart from and RCCL serves up a monstrous BBQ.

I'm affluent on a cruise and will be stopping there for a day. I've never been on a cruise or to the Bahamas. Does anyone know of any good restaurants, shopping spots, or other activities that would be fun for a sightseer in the area?
I went to Coco Cay a few years ago. It is honest a "fun" island the cruise line "owns" for a place to end. When I went we had a "picnic" and it was just fun time on a beach with various activities. If you have never snorkled,

The bahamas is somewhere that you dont absolutely want to leave your resort. Resturants are mainly on the resorts (and along with everything else). Hope it helps

Can't clarification on Coca Cay, but if you are in Nassau you either have to get a day pass to the hotel beach and use the chaises, or rent a chaise at the public beaches.

All my friends thirst shot glasses but I'm not sure if I can get them at Cococay. It's my last stop so I don't want to miss out on buying other stuff if Cococay doesn't have anything!
I mislay in less than a week!!!
Foolproof, you can buy lots of shot glasses in Cococay at open air market area. They also sell t-shirts, hats, and other souvenir items. Well, I am appealing sure you will be surprised by the prices. You must pay $8 for a $3 shot glass!
