My whole kinfolk is going on a cruise from Florida to the Bahamas to celebrate my grandparents 50th anniversary! :) Not until at least Jan of 2008. Under any circumstances not until June of 2009. Currently all you need is a birth certificate and photo id.

The other answerers are tecnically punish. The law requiring passports for sea travel does not go into effect until next jJn. However, some cruise lines are requiring their passengers to have passports now. It would be politic to call your travel agent
Most of the cruise ships requires passports. To be on the all right side just bring those and enjoy the cruise.
I swear by you do, as i know i did last year for my Caribbean cruise. If you do have 4 months i would at least apply to see if you can get your passports in time.
I lawful took a cruise from New York to Florida and the Bahamas on the Norwegian Spirit. I was required to show them my passport at check in, but I just needed to lure my room key and show photo ID whenever I left the ship.
