Boutwell Studio - Bahamas Wedding Photography, Erica & Michael

Last week I made the very wish stumble to Nurse Atoll in The Bahamas to photograph Erica and Michael's satisfactory blending. Erica and Michael were a "secrecy three," which means that I didn't get to settle them before their blend day.  I am inured to to not shrewd/meet my clients before their union, but there is a whole new tear down of disquiet that happens when you're flying across the Terra to go through them for the first dated!  I was (more than) pleasantly surprised to learn that they are elegant and so much fun!  Here are some favorites from their union day -

Bridal Shower Ideas for a Picky Bride to Be?

The bride to be is 30. She will be having 2 weddings. One in the Bahamas, followed by another in the states. For her barrage I know that she wants it to be in the evening and wants dinner. She loves cocktails, but isn't a fan of themes. Doesn't like

You could aim for it a "cocktail" themed party and have all the decorating have to do with cocktails. For example, the centerpieces can be the big martini glasses with colored saturate and a floating candle in it. http://www.fancyfaces.com/showevent.php?

A lofty party favor for a bridal shower would be a male stripper. singing telegrams are harmless.

If she is that picky, why not assign her to help with some behind-the-scenes planning? The shower hostesses will of course sponsor the event, as in funding it, serving, sending out invitations, greetings card guests, etc., but enlist her help in some of the

Dinner can be valuable, so you could have drinks and hor'dourves. You don't have to have games, for my cousin (who is anti-games) put a little red sticker at the bottom of one favor (which was a ashamed airline size bottle of alcohol) on each table.

hire out out a space in a cool/ bar/club/resturaunt you can dance exchange gifts eat and have fun

The bride shouldn't be embroiled with in the planning of the shower. She shouldn't have any say at all. Picky? That is just too bad. Tell her that if she doesn't like it that you don't have to give her a shower. Order her that you will do what you can afford

You can find fun connubial shower games here - http://www.bridalshowergamesplus.com along with some activities that would bless the bride and her marriage. Maybe a stretch capsule or a scrapbook that all the guests could work on during the dinner.

Weddings Abroad?

My boyfriend and I hankering to get married in either Cuba or the Bahamas. We want to book the wedding with everything included as well as food for 40 people. We've got brouchures from sandals, kuoni, thomas cook and virgin. Do you skilled in of any

It might industry out cheaper to chose a hotel in Cuba and to liase with them directly. Food for 40 should be no problem for a noble hotel. I would think that a lot of them have experience in booking these events. I would ring a few hotels or email them

North Carolina Weddings!?

Ok so we were meditative Bahamas then found out it's way over-rated to get married there, so then we considered mexico but I couldn't find a beach I wanted. So now I've thought about it my fiancee was born and raised until he was 4 in North Carolina.

You will have to get your association license in NC if you get married there, and you would have to find someone to perform the ceremony. I included a few websites below that I "googled." I belief they help. Best wishes in your wedding planning!
