Summer is off mellow. from the around May to July.

June, July, August

The paramount way to achieve your goal is to contact Spirit Airlines they fly there consistantly but it all under where you decide to take off from.

Summer is off ripen but you probably don't want to go then as it would be too hot.
Otherwise, avoid Christmas time, March break, or any holidays. Probably February (not Valentine's Day) or April (not at Easter).
