ok so I'm affluent on the norwegian Gem and New York is really cold in the winter and I was wondering if they would close the top deck and the pools until we make it to Florida please expropriate because if so we won't be going on this cruise!!


They indubitably won't close the pools entirely, although the pool is almost always closed the first night of a cruise, just so things can get started up. Hot tubs will be out. And they definitely won't close the top decks! Just put on a jacket. Haha.
